Web design for real estate agencies

The portals give you visibility, but they keep your brand and your leads. I build websites with your own brand that capture owners and buyers in your area: online valuation, property search and local SEO, with the code owned by you.

The day-to-day of a real estate agency

Why the portal keeps what your brand should be capturing

Before talking design, look at where your leads come from (and who owns them). These are the holes a good website plugs.

You pay the portal for every lead

Idealista and Fotocasa give you contacts, but at their price and right next to your competition. The day you stop paying, you disappear.

Owners can't find you

Without exclusive listings there is no business. The owner who wants to sell googles what their flat is worth and who to trust it to, and you are not there.

Your website is the software's template

The same template as a thousand other agencies, hanging off the real estate CRM. It doesn't rank, doesn't differentiate and gives no reason to choose you.

Unqualified leads

Calls from the curious, WhatsApps with no details and viewings that go nowhere. Without a form that filters, you lose hours on contacts who neither buy nor sell.

Invisible in your own area

When someone searches real estate agency + your neighbourhood, directories and portals come up. Your area is your business, and on Google it isn't yours.

What I build for a real estate agency

A website that captures owners, not another shop window

The lead-capture website is the base. Tools get added when they genuinely take work off your plate. Everything is your code, no eternal fees.

Lead-capture site with your brand

Designed to turn the visit into a contact: fast, clear and with your brand at the centre, not the portal's. Available from the Starter Package.

Property search

Filters by area, price and bedrooms across your portfolio. Genuinely fast, no page reloads, so the buyer stays on your website.

Online valuation

The What is your flat worth? module: the owner leaves their details in exchange for an indicative valuation. Your exclusive-listing machine.

Local SEO by area

Pages per neighbourhood and city optimized for real estate agency + your area, connected to your Google Business profile.

Property pages that sell

Gallery, map, features and a call to action on every listing. Shareable on WhatsApp with a proper preview.

Integration with your CRM

Your properties sync from the software you already use, via feed or API. No double work and no switching tools.

Integrated reviews

Opinions from people who already sold or bought with you, visible right where the owner decides who to trust with their property.

Your code, no strings attached

Delivered as a Git repository you own, documented. If you change provider tomorrow, someone else can maintain it. No eternal subscriptions.

This page applies my web design in Barcelona and custom tooling services to the specific case of a real estate agency.

How it works

From a Google search to your next exclusive listing

01

The owner searches 'what is my flat worth'

It starts on Google, before choosing an agency.

02

They find your website, not just the portal

You show up in their neighbourhood, with your brand.

03

They use your online valuation

A first estimate in exchange for their details.

04

They leave their contact

An owner lead, direct and with no middlemen.

05

Exclusive listing signed

Their property feeds your portfolio. And it starts again.

See it live

Your portfolio with your brand, plus an owner-lead machine

The sector's websites are the CRM's template: all identical, none of them yours. I'd rather show you how yours would look: a property search running on your portfolio and a valuation module that turns owner visits into leads.

Who it's for

Who it serves best (and who it doesn't)

A good fit if
  • Local agencies with a defined area that want to capture owners and exclusive listings, not just advertise on portals
  • Agencies with the CRM's template website (or no website) that don't show up in searches for their area
  • Franchisees who want their own brand to stand out from corporate and from the agency next door
  • Small teams with their own portfolio losing leads for lack of a direct channel
Probably not, if
  • You only want to publish on Idealista and that's it: then you don't need your own website, you need to pay the portal
  • You are a large developer or network with an in-house marketing team: this service is designed for agencies
  • You want the cheapest possible website above all: the proposal here is lead capture, not the lowest price

How to hire

Start with the website that captures. Add tools when they pay off.

Most agencies start with a lead-capture website with local SEO and online valuation, and add the CRM-connected property search when the portfolio justifies it.

Frequently asked questions

What real estate agencies usually ask

How much does a website for a real estate agency cost?+

A lead-capture website starts at €790 (Starter Package, up to 5 pages) or €1,490 (Professional, with online valuation, blog and advanced local SEO). When the CRM-synced property search is added, the project moves to a custom quote, with a floor of €2,500.

The price is fixed before we start, not billed by hours that later grow. What raises the cost is scope: how many areas we optimize for local SEO, whether we connect your CRM and which internal tools we add. The first call ends with a clear range before you sign anything.

Does it integrate with my real estate CRM?+

Yes, that's the point: you don't switch tools. Most software in the sector exports the portfolio via XML feed or API, and the website reads it and publishes your properties automatically, under your brand and with no double work.

If your software has no feed, we set up a simple panel to upload properties by hand in minutes. On the first call we review what you use and I confirm how it would connect before you sign anything.

Own website or portal? Is it really worth it?+

It's not either-or: the portal gives you volume today and the website builds a channel that is yours. The difference is who owns the lead: on the portal, the portal does (and shares it with your competition); on your website, you do.

Where it shows most is owner acquisition: the owner looking for someone to trust with their property compares brands, not ads. A professional website with online valuation and reviews is what puts you in that comparison.

How exactly does the website capture owners?+

With three pieces: the What is your flat worth? module (the owner leaves their details in exchange for an indicative valuation), area pages that show up when they search their neighbourhood, and reviews from clients who already sold with you.

The valuation is indicative and the website says so plainly: it opens the conversation with the owner's real details, it doesn't replace your professional appraisal. You receive the lead instantly and call with context.

Will I show up on Google for searches in my area?+

That's the goal, with an honest strategy: the portals dominate generic property searches, so the local SEO focuses where you can win: searches for your brand, your area and owners (what is my flat worth + your neighbourhood).

Important to be clear on timelines: local SEO delivers in months, not days. The website ships optimized (area pages, structured data, Google Business profile connected) and, if you need volume now, we combine it with local Google Ads while the SEO matures.

Is it compatible with Kit Digital?+

Yes. The website can be financed through the Website and Internet Presence category of Kit Digital. The digitalization voucher ranges from €2,000 (self-employed and companies with 0 to 3 employees) up to €6,000 (3 to under 10), depending on your company size.

The usual process: we review which categories fit your project, I prepare the technical documentation the application requires and we coordinate with an authorized digitalization agent to process the voucher. If your company already used its voucher, the project is still viable; only who pays changes.

Do you work with agencies outside Barcelona?+

Yes. I'm based in Barcelona but work with agencies all over Spain. Meetings happen over video call and the process is 100% remote, so location doesn't affect the project. I optimize the local SEO for the area where you sell, wherever that is.

In fact, mid-sized cities usually have less online competition than Barcelona or Madrid, so local SEO can deliver even sooner. For agencies in the Barcelona area, the first meeting can be in person if you prefer.
