1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. These cookies allow the website to recognize your device and improve your browsing experience.
2. Types of cookies we use
Below are the cookies used on this website:

2.1 Essential cookies
The NEXT_LOCALE cookie is essential for the website's operation, as it allows remembering your language preference (Spanish or English) to display content in the selected language. This cookie is necessary for site navigation and does not require prior consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI.
2.2 Analytics and advertising cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (identifier G-R3EGCYXDNV) to measure how the site is used, and Google Ads to measure how well our campaigns perform. Both are loaded through Google Tag Manager. The provider of these services in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited.
These cookies are only activated if you accept them. We apply Google Consent Mode v2: until you decide, the analytics and advertising categories are denied by default and none of these cookies are set. If you choose “Reject”, they stay denied.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which pseudonymously records how people move through the page (mouse movement, clicks and scrolling) so we can see where visitors get stuck. Clarity always masks the contents of form fields, which are never recorded. The provider is Microsoft, which alongside its own cookies sets third-party cookies on the clarity.ms domain; the full list is in the Microsoft documentation linked in section 3.
We do not send personal data to these tools: the events we record are categorical (which form, which page, which sector) and never include names, emails, phone numbers or the contents of your messages.
2.3 Record of your consent
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key solidaweb-cookie-consent. It stays on your device, is never sent to any server, and exists only so we do not show you the notice again. You can clear it by clearing site data in your browser, which makes the notice reappear.
3. Third-party cookies
These third parties may set cookies on this site: Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity), for the purposes described in section 2.2 and only with your consent; and Stripe, our payment processor, during the payment process.

Please note that disabling cookies may affect the website's operation and limit some functionalities.
5. Legal basis
The use of essential cookies is based on Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI-CE), which establishes that consent is not required for cookies necessary for the website's operation.
Analytics and advertising cookies rely on your consent, under the same Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by clearing site data in your browser, as explained in section 4.
6. Policy updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated based on changes to the website, current regulations, or the implementation of new functionalities. It is recommended to review this page periodically to stay informed about changes.
