Questions about the Starter Package
Do I have to pay before seeing the design?+
No. After a first call I prepare your homepage design. If you like it, you pay 50% and I build the rest; the other 50% is paid on completion, before final delivery. If you don't like it, you owe me nothing. If you already know what you want, “Buy Starter Package” books your slot with the 50% deposit.
Can I add more pages later?+
Yes, you can expand your website at any time. Additional pages are quoted separately or you can hire the updates retainer.
Is domain and hosting included?+
Yes, for the first year, as on every package. I register the domain in your name from day one and the site is hosted at no extra cost for the first 12 months. From year two you pay the renewal straight to the provider, not through me, or leave hosting management to me for €30/month + VAT.
What if I need more than 1 round of revisions?+
The first round of revisions is usually sufficient because the design is approved before programming. If you need additional changes, they are quoted by the hour or you can hire the updates retainer.
