Booking only by phone
Outside reception hours there is no way to book. The patient who found you at 11pm will have called another clinic by morning.

Your site has two jobs: to be found when someone searches for a treatment, and to let them book without phoning. I build dental sites with online booking, a financing calculator and one page per treatment, built with Spanish health advertising rules in mind.
43,672
registered dentists in Spain (INE, 2025)
22,805
private dental clinics competing for the same patients (Consejo General de Dentistas)
100
dentists per 100,000 people, among the highest in the EU (Consejo General de Dentistas, 2024)
These are not design problems. They are acquisition, scheduling and search-positioning problems nobody has worked on.
Outside reception hours there is no way to book. The patient who found you at 11pm will have called another clinic by morning.
A no-show is a stopped chair and an hour of a professional's time gone. Without an automated reminder you depend on people remembering.
Sector templates repeat clinic after clinic, with the same stock photos. Nothing that explains why you rather than the practice on the corner.
RD 1277/2003 requires, across all of Spain, that the clinic's health registry number appears in its advertising, and that the advertising covers only authorised services. Each region develops it: Decret 151/2017 in Catalonia, Decreto 51/2006 in Madrid, Decreto 69/2008 in Andalusia. Without that, or with copy promising results, the site exposes you.
Without treatment pages and local SEO you compete for “dentist” and your city against the chains. In your neighbourhood, for your treatment, you can win.
Every piece is built for a small or mid-sized clinic competing against chains with far bigger budgets.
The patient picks treatment, professional and slot in under a minute, at any hour. No phoning, no waiting for a call back.
For implants and orthodontics the monthly payment decides more than the total. If they see it on your site, they do not go elsewhere to ask.
Implants, invisible orthodontics, cosmetic, periodontics. Each with the process step by step, the real duration and an indicative price. These are the pages that rank.
Optimised for “treatment + your city or neighbourhood”, which is where an independent clinic can genuinely compete against the chains.
Health registry number visible, as RD 1277/2003 requires across Spain. Copy with no promised results and no patient testimonials used as an inducement (RD 1907/1996, art. 4). And no clinical acts advertised as free, which the professional colleges and each region police.
A WhatsApp or SMS reminder before the appointment. It is the cheapest thing that exists for cutting no-shows.
Dentistry is chosen on trust. Real reviews, visible where the patient decides, are worth more than any slogan.
No template fees, no lock-in. If one day you want to take it elsewhere, you take all of it.
This page applies my web design in Barcelona and custom tooling services to the specific case of a dental clinic. Reviews are delicate ground in healthcare, so it is worth knowing the 2026 Google review rules.
Does this fit what your clinic needs? Tell me your case
It starts with the treatment, not with your name.
With the process, the real duration and the price.
They see it fits before calling anyone.
At 11pm, from their phone, in under a minute.
The chair does not sit empty. And it starts again.
Instead of screenshots, I show you a full dental clinic you can actually use: book an appointment end to end, work out the monthly payment on an implant, and read a treatment page written to comply with the rules. Built from scratch, the way yours would be.

Want one like this for your clinic?
Which treatments you want to fill, how you run the diary today and which practice software you use. We finish with a scope and a fixed price.
We decide which treatments get their own page and I write the copy: real process, duration, what is included. I check it all against health advertising rules.
A custom, fast, mobile-first site with the booking flow and the calculator working. No templates.
Google profile, measurement and follow-up over the first weeks to see which treatments bring patients and which need reinforcing.

Most clinics start with the site that makes them findable and add online booking once they see the volume. Connecting it to your practice software is quoted separately.

The scope depends on your software, so it is quoted: tell me what you need and I will tell you whether it fits, what it would cost and how long it would take.

Yes, and it is one of the reasons I work with clinics. RD 1277/2003, article 6.2 requires, across all of Spain, that your health registry number appears in the clinic's advertising, so it goes visibly across the site. The number itself comes from your region's registry. The copy is written to respect RD 1907/1996.
In practice that means not promising results and not guaranteeing relief or a cure (article 4.4). Article 4.7 goes further than most people realise: it prohibits using as an inducement the testimonials of health professionals, of well-known people, and also of real or supposed patients. The “free first visit” rule does not come from that decree: it comes from the regional rules and the professional colleges, which do enforce it. “A first assessment visit with no obligation” is fine; “free” is better avoided. Each region develops the rule its own way and keeps its own registry, so I check yours: in Catalonia, for instance, the COEC runs a dedicated dental advertising observatory.
A complete dental site costs €1,490 + VAT (Professional Package, up to 10 pages, with one page per treatment, local SEO, the financing calculator and a compliant health advertising block). With online booking on your own site and email reminders, it is €1,790 + VAT as a launch price until 30 November; from 1 December it is €1,890 + VAT. If you need it synced with your practice management software or SMS reminders, that depends on your software and is quoted.
The price is fixed before we start. What moves it is scope: how many treatments get their own page, how many areas we optimise for, and whether we integrate with your software. The first call ends with a clear range before you sign anything.
I would rather not, and I would advise against it.
A before-and-after gallery comes very close to promising a result, and if the patients are real it also brushes against the ban on using them as an inducement (RD 1907/1996, art. 4.7). There are better ways to show your work without that risk: explain the process honestly, show the clinic and the team, and let real reviews speak. The demo is deliberately built that way.
Yes, on the custom project. I work with the software you already have, not against it.
The idea is not to move you off your system, but to put a layer in front of it that practice software usually does badly: booking online, reminding the patient, and collecting the pre-visit form before they arrive. It depends on what your software allows, so we check that on the first call.
No, and that is deliberate.
Health data is a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR: it carries security, encryption and access-logging obligations far beyond those of an ordinary contact form. A small studio should not be custodian of clinical histories, and you already have software that does it. I build the patient-facing layer: booking, reminders and pre-visit forms, storing no diagnoses or treatments.
Between 3 and 4 weeks for the complete site, counting from when we have the copy and the photos.
The part that usually takes longest is gathering the clinic's material: photos of the team and the surgery, professional registration numbers and the health registry code. If that is to hand, it moves quickly. Booking connected to your software adds another week or two.
It depends on two things: whether you appear on Google for treatments, and whether people can book without phoning.
If your site has a single “services” page with a list, it will not rank for “implants” or “invisible orthodontics”, which is where the searching happens. And without online booking you lose everyone who looks outside opening hours. If it already does both, you may not need a new site, and I will tell you so.
Question not on the list?
