Common questions
Do you only work with clients in Barcelona?+
I'm based in Barcelona and know the local market well, but I work with clients across Spain and the rest of Europe. All meetings happen by video call, so physical location is not a constraint.
Do prices include VAT?+
No. Prices shown are pre-VAT. As a registered freelancer in Spain, I add 21% VAT on the invoice — recoverable if your business is also VAT-registered.
Can I maintain the site myself after launch?+
Yes. You receive clear documentation of how the site is built. If you want to edit content without touching code, we can integrate a CMS (included in the Professional Package). For occasional technical changes, I offer monthly maintenance or hourly work.
What about domain and hosting?+
You register the domain (I advise free of charge on where and how). Recommended hosting is Vercel for standard sites — free up to a generous threshold and very fast. If you prefer another provider, we can adapt.
How long does it actually take?+
For the Starter Package, the typical timeline is 2-3 weeks from briefing to launch, assuming content (copy, images) is ready when needed. If content is delayed, the timeline extends proportionally.
What if I need changes after launch?+
Each package includes 1-2 rounds of revisions during development (1 in Starter, 2 in Professional). After launch, minor changes are billed hourly, or you can take an update retainer (€150/month) or monthly maintenance (€120/month) for ongoing evolution. You pick based on the pace of change you need.
Are e-commerce or booking systems included?+
Not in Starter or Professional — those packages are for informational sites. If you need e-commerce, a booking system, a client portal, or any custom functionality, the Custom package covers it with a quote scoped to the work.
Can I have the site in both Spanish and English?+
Yes, but the second language is an add-on (not included by default). Cost depends on the package: €250 on top of Starter, €400 on top of Professional. Includes professional translation, proper hreflang, and locale-separated URLs.
